Shipping Policy

If your selected wheelset is in stock, we'll process your order within one working day. We also offer same-day dispatch for any orders placed before 3pm on weekdays for any in-stock wheelset.

Our standard shipping timeframe is next day delivery. Orders to U.K. non-mainland addresses may delivered within a three-day shipping timeframe.

If your selected wheelset is not currently in stock, we'll provide you with an order estimate via email. 

You'll receive all shipping updates to your registered email address.

We offer free shipping to all U.K. mainland addresses.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most European countries. Please contact us via live chat or via email at support@levati.cc for a shipping estimate.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. HHTH Limited is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@levati.cc with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
